A reformatting of the flow of class, to better suit the needs of all skaters for all levels! Don't stress about traffic, we understand, and come when you are able to make it! Sun-Tues 6-9 p.m , 14+ for age. What to expect: We will have everyone seeking instruction to warm up on balance equipment 1st

About the event
TCS roller skate class will flow in three sections:
This applies to ALL LEVELS.
Warming up on the balance and instability equipment; this is essential for first-timers and assessment.
Next we move to the wheels whether it be on pads or on the bare floor with wearing padding. This is when roller skate lessons can happen after another skate assessment to proceed with instruction.
Lastly, whatever you find in class that is resourceful, you are welcome to take those moves to the skate floor for open skate and practice!
A cooldown is encouraged, all yoga mats and gym equipment, rental skates are included with price.
